Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe and transfer to the hotel.

Welcome to the Pearl of Africa! Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met and greeted by our friendly and Professional driver/ guide. He will brief you and take you through your trip plan then transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe for relaxation.

Day 2: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will start your journey to Lake Mburo National Park. On your way to the park, you will stop at the equator for a water experiment. It will not be inconvenient if you buy a T-shirt with the words ‘’I crossed the Uganda Equator’’ Continue with your journey and have lunch at the Lodge. Lake Mburo National Park accommodates mammals like the Eland, antelope as well as zebras and water-bucks, making it among the most admirable places to visit in Uganda. The
park is exceptional for its attractive, soothingly sloping hills and open grassland basins, intermingled with brushwood, woodlands, and rich wetlands. While at the park you will see animals like the impalas, water-bucks, the Cape buffalo, and zebras plus many other animal
species.

Day 3: Morning game drive and evening game drive

In the morning, you will have breakfast at your lodge, and after that set out for the game drive through the park where your eyes will be fed with amazing sights and wildlife such as impalas, kobs, antelopes, also bird species. Lake Mburo has a variety of antelopes including topi, duiker, Oribis, reedbuck, and klipspringer and the Rothschild giraffe has recently been reintroduced. However, the heights of the park have to be the Burch ells zebra and eland which are only found in two national
parks in Uganda. After the game drive, you will return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation. In the evening, you will be driven back to the back for yet another game drive.

Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park with an evening game drive.

After breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Upon arrival, you will check in at the lodge for lunch and relaxation. In the evening, you go for a game drive at the Kasenyi sector. This game drive will target early predators returning to their dens after hunting in the morning. Expect to have more encounters with Buffaloes, Bush bucks, Elephants, Giant Forest hogs, Hyenas, The Uganda Kobs, Lions and
Waterbucks, elands, and antelopes are among them.

Day 5: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise

Arise early enough with your luggage ready to checkout and after breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive where you will see various animals like elephants, elands, antelopes, buffaloes, and lions among others. After the morning game drive, you will be taken back to the lodge for relaxation and lunch.
After lunch, you will do the afternoon set out for a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel where you will see various animals like crocodiles, hippos, water bucks, and buffaloes as well as birds like storks, kingfishers among others.

Day 6: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi with an optional afternoon boat ride

After breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. Lake Bunyonyi is commonly known as the Switzerland of Africa. Upon arrival, you will check in at the lodge for lunch. In the evening, you could take a relaxed boat ride along Lake Bunyonyi. During the boat ride on Lake Bunyonyi, you will explore the numerous islands to sightsee as well as view the various bird species. The word Bunyonyi is a local name that means birds so during the boat ride, expect to see several birds.

Day 7: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park.

After breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and cross the Cyanika border for the transfer to Volcanoes National Park. The transfer from Lake Bunyonyi to Volcanoes National Park takes approximately 2 hours of driving. Upon arrival, you will check in at the lodge for lunch and relaxation as you contemplate the gorilla trekking adventure that lies ahead of you.

Day 8: Gorilla trekking at Volcanoes National Park

On this day, you will have a great time meeting with the mountain gorillas in Volcanoes National Park! After a tasty breakfast, your guide will pick you up from the lodge. You will head for a briefing by ranger guides at 7:30 and 8:30 am with a packed lunch. You will start the trek to hunt for the gorillas and after finding them you will spend with them a maximum of 1 hour. This walk can take 4-5 hours depending on where you meet the gorillas. The park is steep, it is
a real hike,e and being physically fit is recommended. After trekking, you will return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.
