Day 1: Transfer, arrival, and Gorilla trekking at Volcanoes National Park
This 1 Day Rwanda Gorilla Trek begins from Kigali as early as 4:30 am. After your breakfast, your English-speaking driver/ guide will transfer you to Volcanoes National Park in the green forest vegetation.
The Drive from Kigali to Volcanoes National Park in Ruhengeri district takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes and on arrival here;
Transfer to the headquarters for briefing on the unique code of conduct around the Mountain Gorillas then after distributing you into groups of 8 with a park ranger.
You proceed to the starting point where you leave to trek the Gorillas in their natural thick forest vegetation habitat.
After the gorilla trek, you will have lunch and transfer back to your hotel in Kigali.
